Great things rarely happen in isolation. For Tais Gabrieli and Candice Westgate, the journey to founding We Are One Events began with a shared passion for creativity, purpose, and meaningful human connection.
As two Brazilians who met in the UK and immediately recognised a deep alignment in vision, they discovered that their individual strengths were complementary expressions of the same mission: to create transformative experiences that reconnect people with themselves and with one another.
Blending Tais’ expertise in strategy, facilitation, and visionary event execution with Candice’s artistry, design, and emotional storytelling through immersive aesthetics, they founded We Are One Events to curate experiences that inspire self-discovery, presence, and intentional living.
At the heart of their work is a simple belief: meaningful connection starts within. Through immersive events, transformational workshops, online experiences, and curated gatherings, they invite others into moments of self-discovery, healing, inspiration, and remembrance of who they are beneath the noise.
Because sometimes, the most transformative journeys do not take us elsewhere, they bring us home to ourselves.
Candice Westgate
Candice is a creative director and experiential designer with an innate eye for beauty and a deep understanding of the emotional power of environment. Her work is rooted in the belief that thoughtfully crafted spaces can move people, awaken presence, and inspire connection.
After beginning her career in international business, Candice followed her creative calling and founded So Blooming Beautiful, a floral design studio known for transforming spaces into immersive, emotionally resonant experiences.
Through her artistry, Candice creates more than aesthetics, she creates atmosphere, emotion, and moments that invite people to reconnect with themselves and the world around them.

Tais is a creative project manager, events coordinator, and facilitator who finds joy in turning big ideas into reality.
Grounded yet full of spark, she brings warmth, focus, and a little bit of magic to everything she does. Her background in the corporate world taught her the value of clarity and connection, and now she uses those same skills to help others bring their visions to life.
For Tais, it’s all about real conversations, brave transitions, and the beauty that unfolds when the right people come together at the right time.
